1. How long is the shipping?

A. Shipping can take from 7-45 days, depending on courier delays. Since the pandemic of COVID19, it has impacted the transport industries greatly. With an increase in online orders, our courier services have been backlogged with overwhelming demand.

Please have patience as your parcels will be delivered within 45 days. If you haven't received your order after 45 days from the purchase date don't hesitate to get in touch with silibubs@gmail.com

 

2. How long does your order processing take?

A. Generally your order will be processed within 2-3 business days.

 

3. Why haven’t I received all the items that I ordered?

A. We ship from our partnered warehouses and factories located in Asia. Because we ship from multiple warehouses, if you have ordered multiple different products from us please expect your order to be shipped separately. The expected delivery time frame remains the same, so please allow 7-45 business days to receive your entire order. Otherwise, contact us at silibubs@gmail.com if all of your items don’t get delivered so we can chase it up.

 

4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

A. If there’s an issue with your order, if it’s the wrong item, wrong colour, or defective then simply notify us, once assessed & approved we will either give you a full refund or we can process the correct order for you.

 

5. Do you offer exchanges?

A. We do not offer exchanges. However, if any issues with the product e.g. defects or wrong items are sent, just let us at silibubs@gmail.com know and we will make it right.

 

6. Where do you ship from?

A. Our Bespoke Laser-Cut Design Collection is shipped from Belmore, Sydney Australia.

For our Baby & Toddler accessories Collection, we ship from our partnered warehouses and factories located in Asia. Because we ship from multiple warehouses, if you have ordered multiple different products from us please expect your order to be shipped separately. Allow up to 45 business days to receive your full order.

 

7. Where do you ship to?

A. We are currently shipping to Australia, however, we have a plan to expand to more countries in the near future.

 

8. Is there tracking available?

A. Yes, Tracking is available on all orders. A tracking number is sent to customers automatically once the order has been dispatched (out for delivery) via SMS or email.

'Track Your Order' is made available for convenience on our main menu & in the footer menu. Once you have received your order number simply track your order status by 'copy & paste' in the available feature.
