RETURNS & CANCELATIONS POLICY

At Silibubs it is our priority to provide customer satisfaction and offer a MONEY BACK GUARANTEE! We advise that all customers inspect all orders once received. Contact us immediately if there are any issues such as if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item.


Money back guarantee is applicable within 10 days of receiving the item/s provided if the item you received is;


• Not as described
• Damaged
• Faulty.


Customers will need to put a claim through to Silibubs within 10 days of receiving the item via email at silibubs@gmail.com to address the concerns & provide evidence or proof of such nature.


Please submit a list of all 5 details below & add your information to each;
1. Full Name
2. Customer order number
3. Date of order & Date Received
4. Clear photos and/or videos
5. Explain your concern in a respectful manner
(Please DO NOT use abusive and/or rude language as we are happy to make things right for you.)


Once your claim has been sent through, it will take up to 72hrs to process before a REFUND can be approved. It will take a further 15 days after the claim process finishes for the funds to be reimbursed into the original payment method.


Please Note: Once approved for a refund, customers may choose the option to have their item RE-ORDERED at no extra charge or continue with a FULL REFUND.

In other circumstances, if customers experience any of the following cases:
• Orders not received
• The Wrong item was sent compared to the customer's order
• Missing item/s from gift sets
• Wrong colour/size sent compared to customers order
• Product functionality doesn’t work for the intended purpose stated on the listing
• Unforeseen errors or mistakes made by Silibubs- Will be automatically rectified
• Change of mind-Can only be done within the first 24hrs from placing the order as customer orders are already in process. No refund will be approved after the 24hr window.


A refund, replacement, or return can be arranged, pending approval.

Please note: On refunds for PayPal or Credit Cards there will be a 4% deduction of the refunded total amount, as PayPal and credit card providers no longer refund the fee charged for using their services.


Once your claim has been sent through, it will take up to 72hrs to process before a decision can be made & approved.


Refunds or Partial Refunds will take a further 15 days after the claim process finishes for the funds to be reimbursed into the original payment method.


Replacements will be made once requested by the customer after approval. Items can take 7-45 days to be delivered.


Returns for products must be unused/unwashed & in their original state. An address will be available on approval confirmation.

Shipping Fees for returns will be at the customer's expense.

ALL SHIPPING RETURNS MUST HAVE A VALID & WORKING TRACKING NUMBER, Otherwise, your claim will be rejected for a refund. Once the product has been received by Silibubs, customer refunds will then be processed.

Note: Any parcels sent without a tracking number & parcels not received will be rejected for a refund. Silibubs hold no accountability for lost or missing parcels as this is a matter of the chosen courier service.

Please Note: We are unable to accept any returns that have been used/washed or not in their original state due to hygiene & sanitary concerns.


Unfortunately, any claims not made before the 45 days will not be processed.


Silibubs are Not Liable if the address is entered incorrectly during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address are correct before processing your order. We Do Not Refund if the incorrect shipping address is given by the customer, if the item is returned to the sender, we will charge the customer again for the initial shipping costs.

Once items have been processed & dispatched, Silibubs will Not Accept any refunds for the following cases;

On All bespoke laser products that have customised details.


• Change of mind should only be done within the first 24 hours of placing the order as customer orders are already in process. No refunds will be approved after the 24-hour window


• Incorrect/insufficient Address


• Refused by customs


• Customers Do not pick up in time at post office & item is returned to sender


• No safe delivery location


• Customer does not like the item


• Slight colour/size variation of items when received due to lighting effects, monitor brightness/contrast settings there could be some slight differences in the colour tone of the website's photo and the actual size.


• Products smell unusual to customer


• Customer ordered the wrong items or SKU


• Tracking information deleted by logistics companies or local post offices, that is out of our hands and needs to be addressed to those companies involved.


• Orders marked as delivered, while consumer claims not receiving. Silibubs may provide contact of local delivery for consumer complaints.


• Parcels marked as delivered but local courier services delivered to the wrong address. Customers will need to follow up with the courier company for confirmation.


• Other factors beyond our control such as Force Majeure: Including without limitation, Internet failures, computer, telecommunications or any other equipment failures, electrical power failures, strikes, labor disputes, riots, protestors, insurrections, civil disturbances, shortages of labor or materials.


• Natural Disasters, fires, floods, storms, explosions, acts of God, war
Governmental actions, orders of domestic or foreign courts or tribunals, non-performance of third parties, or any suspension or disruption of transportation or business operation (including but not limited to delays or disruption of the resumption of work or operation ordered by any government agency) in the event of a national or regional spread of epidemic or pandemic.
