SiliBubs is the operator of https://www.silibubs.com.au. By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations for our service.


1. Delivery Terms & Conditions

The Covid19 Pandemic has impacted delays for courier services worldwide.

Expect your items to take up to 7-45 business days for your order to arrive at your address. For peace of mind, we have Tracking available on ALL ORDERS.

Please contact us if your parcel has not arrived after 45 business days.

For International Couriers, please understand it takes at least 7-35 days before parcels reach Australia due to the pandemic there are delays in transit from our international suppliers.

For Domestic Couriers, while in transit parcels can take anywhere between 2-15days.

Please allow the full 45 days for ALL ITEMS to be delivered when purchasing multiple items from our store. Keep in mind that we are sourcing our quality products from multiple international suppliers, therefore multiple purchased items can not be consolidated into one parcel. (You will be receiving multiple parcels on separate days).

2. Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 3-7 business days of payment of orders.

Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on public holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

3. Shipping Costs

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER $150.

Otherwise, all orders under $150 have a standard shipping fee of $8.95, Express Shipping varies between $12-20 depending on address location, and up to $35.00 depending on the size of the order. For larger orders like acrylic signage (60cm x 60cm or larger) which will be heavier than the standard products. 

3.1 Cancellations

Cancellations for the Baby & Toddler Accessory Range need to be done within the first 24 hours of placing your order. Please understand that our pick & packing process will take place within 3 business days of placing your order. To cancel any orders, we need to notify the warehouse before the pick or packing stages happen. 

Cancellation for Bespoke Laser Designs Range needs to be done within the first 12 hours of placing your order. Please understand that custom-made designs cannot be altered for reselling purposes once you have changed your mind. Therefore we only offer a 12 hour cancellation period.

 

4. General

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time to time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await the restocking of the back-ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.


5. Returns ONLY on Baby & Toddler Accessory Range.

NON-REFUNDABLE on Bespoke Laser Designs Range.

Products for return must be unused/unwashed & in their original state. An address will be available on approval confirmation.

Shipping Fees for returns will be at the customer's expense.

ALL SHIPPING RETURNS MUST HAVE A VALID & WORKING TRACKING NUMBER, Otherwise, your claim will be rejected for a refund. Once the product has been received by Silibubs, customer refunds will then be processed.

Note: Any parcels sent without a tracking number & parcels not received will be rejected for a refund. Silibubs hold no accountability for lost or missing parcels as this is a matter of the chosen courier service.

Please Note: We are unable to accept any returns that have been used/washed or not in their original state due to hygiene & sanitary concerns.

 

6. Change Of Delivery Address

For a change of delivery address requests, we can change the address within 24hrs, before the order has been dispatched.

 

7. Items Out Of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock item/s and dispatch the rest of the order.

 

8. Delivery Time Exceeded

If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us at silibubs@gmail.com or reach out to our Instagram account @silibubs.au or our Facebook account @silibubs so that we can conduct an investigation.

 

9. Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch (out for delivery), customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

'Track Your Order' is made available for convenience on our main menu & in the footer menu. Once you have received your order number simply track your order status by 'copy & paste' in the available feature.

If customers didn't receive a link with a tracking number please get in contact with us at silibubs@gmail.com or reach out to our Instagram account @silibubs.au or our Facebook account @silibubs so we can provide it for you.

 

10. Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please take photos of the damaged product/s & contact our customer service with the next steps. A money-back guarantee or Replacement is applicable within 10 days of receiving the item/s.

11. Sales Tax

Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website

 

12. Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments will be pre-paid, without any additional fees to be paid by the customer upon arrival in the destination country.

 


14. Insurance

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier company.

 


15. Process for parcels lost in transit

We will process a refund or replacement, as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
